Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement forms part of, and is subject to, the provisions of the Sublicense Agreement between the client and Limited Liability Company NECONTEK.

The agreement describes controller and processor roles, categories of personal data, processing instructions, confidentiality requirements, sub-processor controls, security measures, data subject rights support, data transfer rules, incident notification and deletion or return of personal data after termination of services.

If the controller does not agree with the terms of this agreement, the controller should discontinue use of the services immediately. Terms not defined here have the meanings set forth in the Sublicense Agreement and applicable data protection legislation.
